Small meals but more meals. One of the worst ways you can eat is to wait 5 to 6 hours and then pig out. Don't do it! Instead, eat smaller portions but more frequently. Something easy is 4 meals instead of 3, but feel free to have as many as you want. The idea is to keep your metabolism burning on high instead of letting it starve and then stuffing yourself.
